March 2006
VIR Full course track Fees:
- Registration is by receipt of
fees and space available. Postmark date is crucial when we get
close to filling up. Acknowledgment via email. Applications
sorted by postmark date and processed in batches.
- The cost is $320 per
driver. Drivers may share one car and receive equal time in two
different run groups. Two drivers may not share one participant fee and
track time.
- The track event is held rain
or shine.
- All cancellations subject to
$20 processing fee.
- Participants are subject to
a $200 cancellation fee after March 1, 2006
- No refunds after March 4, 2004,
6:00 PM EST, forfeiture of fee if spot not resold. Substitutions
allowed, provided they complete the pre-inspection and provide
advance notice by Monday, March 20, 2005 by 6:00 PM EST
- MDA events typically
sell out in advance, we will make every attempt to fill your spot from
the wait list. However, wait listed participants make other plans as
the event draws near, usually 2-3 weeks beforehand figuring they will
not get in. Plus they need time to prep their vehicles. The
sooner MDA is notified, the sooner we can provide assistance.
Bottom line -- don't wait to the last moment, both driver and car
should be ready in advance.
- Checks payable to "MDA,
LLC."

application) to:
