August 2009 VIR Full Course Cancellation Policy:
The track event is held rain or shine.
All cancellations subject to $25 processing fee.
Participants are subject to a $200 cancellation fee after August 7, 2009, 6:00PM EST
No refunds after August 14, 2009,
6:00 PM EST, forfeiture of fee if spot not resold. Substitutions
allowed, provided they complete the pre-inspection and provide
advance notice by Monday, August 24, 2009 by 6:00 PM EST
MDA events typically sell out
in advance, we will make every attempt to fill your spot from
the wait list (if one exists). However, usually 2-3 weeks beforehand
85% or more of the wait listed participants make other plans
figuring they are not going to get in. Those few that remain
this close to the event still need time to prep their vehicles.
The sooner MDA is notified, the sooner we can provide assistance.
Bottom line, don't wait until the last minute to contact MDA.
If you have any questions contact
Dave Nugent.
